“We appreciated Adrian Newey and his extraordinary achievements with a special show in the last year, this year is dedicated to Gordon Murray and his McLaren F1“, announced Bas Bungish , Event Director of the London classic car show (18-21.2.2016). Only 106 copies of the McLaren F1 were built between 1992 and 1998. These are only 64 road worthy cars. Five models will be shown at the London classic Show: two road versions, two GT racing cars and a “Long Tail” F1 GT race car. The bonnets and doors of the first “million dollar motor” (the McLaren cost 634.500 pounds in his time) will be open, so the visitors can take a look inside the car.
